Get Involved

Building stronger communities takes all of us.

Baltimore Grow Up Initiative Inc. brings together residents, volunteers, educators, businesses, community organizations, faith-based institutions, and supporters who believe that education, sustainability, opportunity, and ownership can transform communities.

Whether you contribute your time, knowledge, resources, connections, or financial support, there is a place for you in the BGUI mission.

Give Time. Grow Impact.
Volunteer alongside BGUI as we develop educational programs, community growing projects, workshops, events, and urban agriculture initiatives.
We welcome people with agricultural experience—and people who simply want to learn and serve.

Let's Build Together.

BGUI seeks partnerships with schools, nonprofits, faith organizations, community associations, businesses, agricultural organizations, government agencies, and other institutions committed to creating meaningful community impact.

Partners can help provide locations, equipment, expertise, programming, employment pathways, mentorship, funding, and other resources.

Plant a Seed of Opportunity.

Help us introduce young people to agriculture, science, technology, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and career possibilities they may never have considered.

Support can help provide growing equipment, educational materials, program supplies, transportation, student experiences, and future scholarship or stipend opportunities.

Invest Where It Matters.

Businesses and organizations can support BGUI through financial sponsorships, equipment donations, professional expertise, employee volunteerism, internships, career opportunities, and program partnerships.

We want sponsorship to be more than putting a logo on an event. We seek relationships that produce measurable and lasting community impact.

Help Us Grow What Comes Next.

Every contribution helps BGUI expand education, workforce development, sustainable agriculture, food production, entrepreneurship, and community-based opportunities.

Your investment doesn't simply help us grow plants.
It helps us grow people.
It helps us grow opportunity.
It helps us grow communities.
It helps us build tomorrow.
